    Secured summary judgment on behalf of a restaurant in a slip-
    -fall case based on improper stacking of inferences.
    Secured voluntary dismissal, prior to a summary judgment motion hearing, of a case involving negligence
    strict liability of a plumbing company.
    Obtained a final compensation order for a regional delivery company denying the compensability of an employee classification claim.
    Obtained a defense verdict for a business owner in a premises liability case based on lack of duty.
