not only did he never even speak to me in the year that he was my attorney, but when it came to settlement he had his paralegal go over it with us... and it turns out we were not given all the correct information. It was so bad that the workmans comp rep called me to tell me that was a bad deal. and when it came time to sign papers at closing he was not there.. again had his paralegal there going over it with us. one time I called him, I was told not to call and bother him, to ask his paralegal
