I needed a quitclaim deed and and during the consultation I hired Mr, Malhotra and paid a little extra to have the document expedited, less than an hour later it was emailed to me. The next day after I submitted the signed document it was recorded. Communication was great and the service was exceptional. I would totally recommend Mr. Malhotra.

The worst experience I'm having ever in my life with a law firm, no call backs and a lot of lies this is what i have received from this place, i won't even call it a law firm. They are making a horrible death even worst for the family. Last email was in March telling me they were drafting papers to send right over, haven't heard a word since...we are on May. Hiding behind their computers seems to be their thing do they don't have to speak to no one directly. I don't understand all these five star ratings. I noticed non of the one star ratings are featured so prominently. It's been two years, and we can't move on with all this still unresolved.
Price was far below other firms - I guess I am getting what I paid for. Not good communicators. Very slow at filing documentation - despite having all the proper paperwork timely.
