William W. Corry has been practicing plaintiff's personal injury law in Florida for more than three decades. He has received a number of Academy awards including the 2004 Gold EAGLE Award, the 2004 Staff Appreciation Award, the 2005 In Defense of Justice Award, the 2005 Gold EAGLE Award, and the 2005 "Tiger In The Bush" Award. He has also received the 2006 Political Leadership Award from the Florida Lawyers Action Group. Mr. Corry is a past President of the American Board of Trial Advocates (Tallahassee Chapter) and is a past president of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys (Tallahassee Chapter). He received the 2004 Civil Trial Lawyer of the Year Award from the American Board of Trial Advocates (Tallahassee Chapter). Mr. Corry is also a long-time member of the Dean's Council at Florida State University College of Law as well as a member of the National Campaign Committee at Florida State University. Mr. Corry is a fifth generation Floridian and was raised in Quincy, Florida. He attended Gordon Military Academy in Barnesville, Georgia and graduated in 1965.
