Timothy B. Elliott has over 38 years of attorney experience in the areas of health care law, environmental law, complex civil litigation, business law, and banking. After engaging in private practice for over 20 years as a partner with Tallahassee’s Ausley Law firm, he then served as the Florida Agency for Health Care (AHCA) Certificate of Need (CON) Attorney and Senior Regulatory counsel 2004-2006. He is the author of several publications, recipient of two Florida Bar Certificates of Recognition for pro bono representation of death sentenced inmates, and has served on boards and committees including the Business & Finance Committee of the Tallahassee Downtown Improvement Authority.
