Never met the man. Only met with an associate when I signed the contract. Phone calls not returned. E-mails were not from him but an aide. When I called the office wasn't even sure I had the right number as they just answered "hello". Felt like they were not very professional! Sometimes a little rude on the phone. I am a taxi driver and customers who have used him fired him because he did not return their calls. I see he has lost another partner. Used to be Pelham & Walker.

He changed his strategy mid-stream. He was to take the case to court and at the last minute refused to do so. I then decided not to pursue the case, I was not in it for the money, I was in it for my future medical bills which to this day are still haunting me. The complications from the accident are running rampant.
