She quit because she saw me say online that she wasn't defending me when the other attorney was disrespectful, and I was worried she wasn't going to defend me very well. Also, she let the other attorney be rude to me and tell me "You don't know how good you have it". I paid her my whole tax return to defend me and she was barely paying attention.
Did not do what she said she would do. Did not require paperwork or evidence from father for child support case, did not file in a timely manner costing me thousands in back support and pressured me to settle because doing any of the things mentioned would be a lot of time, effort and money (which I had already paid!). Allowed the mediator to yell at me because I wanted to use the income listed on my ex's tax returns instead of the lower amount he was claiming but not proving and said NOTHING to defend me or calm the situation. I ended up settling for hundreds less than what she had told me my worst-case scenario would look like and she called me lucky to do it so I could avoid court. It was like a whole different person from consult to actual defense. I literally paid thousands to hire an extra advocate for my ex.
