About Mr. Joseph Cameron Bodiford

Joseph Bodiford, a native of Tallahassee and sixth-generation Floridian, brings 30 years of experience to his role as a trial lawyer, having led over 100 jury trials to verdict. His credentials include certification as an Advocate by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and Board Certification in Criminal Law. Joe's passion for legal education is evident in his role as an adjunct professor at Stetson University College of Law, where he teaches Advanced Advocacy. Our family had contacted Mr. Bodiford on various occasions to seek advice from him and he was always willing to listen and give us his advice. When this situation came up he was obviously the first person we thought of. He is very hard-working, honest, a good person and family man. He does the very best that he can for his client. He worked as a prosecutor in the past and has very good experience. He worked this case in the best possible way while dealing with a time constraint. Thank you Joe!

Not only was Joseph knowledgeable, he was easy to reach ,easy to talk to, professional and well respected within the Judicial system. We hope to never have to use him again but if we ever needed any attorney, he would be our guy.

It's over! I was accused of three very serious crimes and facing 6 years in prison. The problem with the case from the start is the accuser was clearly lying. Only after consulting with 2 other attorneys did I meet Joe and I knew right away he was going to represent me. You don't find many board certified trial lawyers let alone one like him. Joe and his staff knew from the start that I was not guilty and treated me that way the entire time.

Joe was very responsive and did an excellent job with my appeal. I wish I had hired him in the first place and it may have saved me the trouble of having to appeal. He articulated the facts of the case extremely well and was able to show that I did nothing wrong and the injunction was reversed. I highly recommend him.
