my first ticket and was pulled over by a badge heavy officer. I spoke to his office about the circumstances, which I was told would be presented in the case (mistake #1 - trust); when I got a call from his assistant two months later I was told the worst news. all he apparently did is get a plea bargain. The officer had probably made a "convincing" case. Where was my attorney. What happened to being properly defended. just there to take your money but after that he's nowhere to be found.
