Hired Law Firm

Karla Hart is a great attorney with experience and values her clients. I was able to contact her at anytime to get information or just ask a question. She not only helped me with my workers compensation but also helped me with my disability. She was compassionate, caring, experienced, and listened to anything I had to discuss with her whether it involved my case or just me needing someone to vent to. She even listened to me when I was having several medical problems related to my injury and was very kind, comforting and knowledgeable regarding the medical field. And I was awarded both compensation for my injuries and disability! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a great workers compensation and disability attorney!

Hired Attorney Paul M. Anderson

I was injured while on light duty; I never was reported as injured worker. Employer and insurance carrier denied or limit workers comp benefits without justification. Injuries both shoulder surgeries, and lumbar lami L5-S1 with fusion. I was forced to work with No Work Order. He wants me to accept the $30,000.00 lump sump settlement & be responsible to all medical bills.

I suspect that I do not represent this individual. I do not ever recommend for or against settlement of a claim. I advise clients of offers and their options. Perhaps this individual mistakes being advised of a settlement offer with such being recommend
