Simone outright lied to the probate judge. She told the judge, in a whisper, that I refused to cooperate. She knew better & the judge did too being that I was THERE and had participated the whole time. I only learned of her claim after the court document was made public. She also had 2 calls on the same issue. The 1st one was me looking for mediation. The 2nd was the other person. For some unknown reason, she chose the latter & refused to mediate. She knew there were ethical issues w/ the case but ignored it. This severely contributed to a great divide in the family. I'll be reporting this to the State Bar.
