I would not recommend Mr. Dortch to anyone. He has caused our family much agony since 2017 and the issue still isn’t resolved. It takes him months to respond to our phone calls. He submits incorrect information that requires Re-work and further delays the process of closing out our issue. The sad thing about this issue is that our family PAID him in FULL prior to the service being completed.
