Tim's staff could follow through with communication a little better than they did. They said they mailed something to us and it was never received so we did not call the office in a timely manner. When they received no call, they should have attempted to contact us, especially since we paid a hefty retainer in advance of the the legal service. We are extremely pleased with Tim's professionalism. His staff did an excellent job other than that one little thing.
