He is admitted to practice in all Washington state courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. He is a member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Pierce County Bar Association.
