I was in an auto accident with my 1 year old son in 1985. Ben Barcus took my case on contingency after the firm he was at refused to take it because I did not have my license at the time. Ben lead me through the process and helped me to get my license and through the typical 3 year wait because of the sheer stubbornness of the insurance companies involved since the other driver was doing an estimated 50 in a school zone hitting me actually twice before pushing my car into the flower shop. Ben not only won my case but he took care of any bills I got from the hospital and all. He was great.
