I met Tarah when my ex filed contempt charges against me. Tarah is a well known player in the contempt world and the motion was dismissed. I then hired Tarah privately and have had my motions adopted 95% of the time. My divorce is very complicated and high conflict with my ex refusing to communicate with his own lawyer but Tarah is always thinking of my children and me. Tarah is also knowledgeable with Juvenile court and has given me insight into what is best to do in my unusual case. I know she is just as committed to getting me a fair settlement as I am. Her Paralegal Pennie is also amazing. Tarah has built a strong team and I have put no just my future but the future of my kids in her highly capable hands. I want to first say I have referred at least 2 people to Tarah Wagner in 2023 alone. I met Tarah Wagner as a client thru family courts when my Ex husband brought a contempt of court filing against me. After meeting with Tarah and going over the Contempt paper work and educating me on what it meant and what I was facing she also educated me I needed to file change of custody for my twin daughters because the circumstances had changed greatly since the first filing of the current parenting plan 12years earlier. I decided on Tarah representing my family because she is Tarah upfront, to the point, honest and knowledgeable and won't lie to you. Tarah told me she is blunt and some people don't like it, you need a lawyer like that in family law. Tarah is not going to be your friend she is going to be your attorney. Most people don't understand the LAW and get their info off Google. Tara will tell you how the law is and what the court expect of a parent. Parenting plans must be followed and if not you will have consequences. Thankful for Tarah and her team of educated professionals who are dealing with the most toxic and high conflict families including mine. Not saying I'm the perfect parent but Tarah kept me in line. I found Ms. Wagner to be the total opposite of the other reviews that have been posted. She was very professional with me and her paralegal was in constant contact informing me of things that I needed to do. In the courtroom she was very confident and aggressive which was greatly appreciated by me as I have seen enough passive attorneys to make me cringe. She was well-prepared and knowledgeable and fought very hard for me. If you want an attorney who is going to placate your feelings then maybe she isn't for you. If you want an attorney who will be prepared and aggressive in the courtroom and not back down from other attorneys then she is definitely who you want.

Tarah was assigned to me for a contempt motion brought by the opposing party, she clearly explained the process and what she can do moving forward and what we NEEDED to do for the safety of my young children. I was drawn to her by the way she approached that case. She was knowledgeable and determined to prove my case. During the contempt case process she advised modifying the existing PP was dismissed and I decided to hire her to modify my existing parenting plan. Not only did she professionally handle that situation for me but included items in the PP that I would not have thought of. Again she is and was everything I needed for my case. I would recommend Tarah for your Family Law matters and will be using her again for any future law matters.

Tarah did her job! She helped me navigate through a difficult divorce with parenting plan /child support.... she was the catalyst that kept me from quitting and just giving up. She understood the situation and used her knowledge of the law to provide me with the best outcome I could imagine. Her candor is what made me hire her. And I'm glad to have her on my side. Exactly like the previous reviews that are suspiciously buried under anonymous good reviews. She's extremely ignorant of the law and will blow up an attack her own clients she's unorganized and blames everybody else but herself. She's extremely demeaning threatening gaslighting she has a lot of behaviors that are extremely similar to narcissistic personality disorder. I'm actually terrified of this "lawyer".

My experience was horrible and I would strongly suggest you stay away from Tarah Wagner. I asked her to stop representing me due to harassment and disrespect. Treating me as if I was guilty before the judge made a decision. She yells and curses at her own clients. Worst experience of all time with someone meant to serve justice.
