Superb Family Law attorney. Aggressive, yet compassionate. Rob has the experience to tackle matters in any field of law, with great confidence. In fact, the Pierce County Superior Court Judge assigned my case remarked on Rob's "collegial" decorum in court today. Rob is a warrior, with the finesse to get the best possible outcome from a terrible situation. I will always be grateful to him for protecting me in a sensitive legal matter.
Rob handled a complicated jury trail for me . He done a fabulous job presenting the truth, probably saved me 100k He was very educated with the law. I would say that he was trustworthy, reliable and charged fairly
I would definitely seek his advice if I needed. And would use his services again.
Robert helped me with a traffic matter. He quickly collected the necessary discovery documentation and represented me well in court. The whole process was discreet, clear and expertly handled.

Hired Law Firm
He presented my case to the court in a very professional and timely manner. We had the charges reduced because of flaws he had found in the original police report and presented them to the judge in a way that made the case against me seem insufficient for prosecution. I was very satisfied with the work he did on this case and would highly recommend him.
Rob handled a tricky, ugly child support/contempt matter for me. He worked hard to track down a deadbeat parent. We had many hearings, a lot of work, and a lot of court hearings. Rob was prepared for each hearing, worked hard, and we managed to collect every dime of past due support and, in fact, increased his child support obligation.{para}I have referred family and friends to Rob for their matters, and he has served them well. I will continue to refer Rob for aggressive, excellent counsel.
Initially hired him for a divorce case. He dragged out the case, was not prepared for court, failed to submit evidence to the court, never returned phone calls or emails, would not let me know the outcome of hearings and court appearances. Refused to argue against false documents submitted by opposing counsel. He did nothing for my case for 3 mos. after I paid the retainer. He added 6.5 hours in false billing fees on the last day. The worst attorney I used in 25 years. NEVER USE HIM!!
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
