We worked with Mike to set up a special needs trust for one of our daughter and revocable trust for the rest of our estate. Mike took Time to explain our options and the benefits of each option. He did not rush us. We felt very comfortable that our assets were protected and our children would not be burdened with needing to deal with probate or unnecessary estate taxes. Mine Turnball was recommended to me by a friend I trust for good advice always…and as usual, he was spot on. Mike recently handled setting up my mother’s estate. He was extremely patient in explaining the more complex aspects and offered some excellent (and before unknown) options to help my mom achieve exactly what she wanted in planning her legacy.
