I have no further information because this was our initial contact 04-11, 2012.
He was a little terse, but very knowledgeable.
Martin Burns did an excellent job of setting up our LLC and answering all our questions.
Good people to work with.
I had a disappointing experience with this firm. I reached out with details and all necessary documents related to my case, hoping for a quick initial assessment, just a simple “Yes, this is worth pursuing” or “No, we can’t help” like many other firms provide. Instead, they immediately sent me a payment link for a $150 consultation. I followed up to clarify that I wasn’t asking for a full review for free, just a quick glance to determine if it was even worth pursuing. The response I received from someone named Kelly was abrupt and dismissive, stating that only paying clients get any review at all. I have no issue with paying for a consultation, but their unwillingness to provide even the slightest initial guidance made it clear that they see potential clients as nothing more than a transaction. Other firms I’ve spoken with were much more professional and customer-oriented. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for reasonable, client-friendly legal support.
