Mark And his Paralegal Terri, are very good with working with WA L&I. You need an outfit with the years of knowledge and skills to help you and they do. Terri has always taken the time to listen and then outline a plan. You may think that you can do it alone but donʻt. Get an experienced L&I attorney as soon as you can and let them bust through any roadblocks and roadblocks will happen that will be huge. Call them and then do as they say, you will sleep better at nigh.
Mark and his staff are very knowledgeable. I have an unconventional claim and his office has helped me navigate through the barrage of doctors L&I has sent me through.
Mark has worked for my wife as well as for myself and has done excellent work for both of us.
I contacted Mark Wagner for issues with L&I. I primarily worked with his paralegal, Amanda. Long story short, Amanda was reactionary at best with her work load. He also quit right before a hearing, which several attorneys told me was extremely unethical, but they couldn't pick up the case. No time to prepare. L&I has made special provisions with my new attorney to catch up, as Wagner had completely dropped the ball. Palace Law picked up the ball and is fixing everything. Steer clear of Wagner!
