To recommend this attorney for easement issues would be irresponsible. Not a fighter. Does not listen, guides in a poor manner, gives false hope. We Lost thousands of dollars and exclusive use of our property.
extremely poor service. I feel almost robbed by this lawyer. We had a small issue regarding an easement. on the initial consultation he told me that our neighbors contention is "ridiculous" and he will prepare a response to the letter we had received. However instead of preparing a response to the neighbors lawyer, he prepared a letter addressed to me saying that i have 3 options.......first is to follow the instructions in the neighbors letter, second was to ignore the letter and third was to go to court. he then sent me a bill for $400 for this pathetic advice. why do i need to hire a lawyer to give me this advice to do nothing. I had to hire another lawyer who drafted a response immediately and charged me way less than the $400 Beware as he does not declare any of these fees but then sends you a huge bill. I am not opposed to paying for a service. What i am upset about is the fact that he did not even prepare a response to the letter. I would def suggest looking for a diff lawyer
