Jonathan Moffitt

I had filed for divorce from my cheating husband, with a less than adequate attorney. I was left feeling like my best interest was not being served, I began looking at other attorneys. That’s when I found Jonathan Moffitt. I can honestly say it was the best move I ever made. At our initial meeting, I could see he clearly understood what I was dealing with. Having a high conflict divorce with an obstructionist narcissist is labor intensive. Jonathan Moffitt and Mrs. Rogers showed endless resolve and skills. He presented the facts and evidence confidently and with presence. He fought for me at every turn and I couldn’t be more appreciative. I cannot put into words how incredible Jonathan Moffitt and Dian were. We were on our third modification attempt in five years by my fiancé’s ex and ready to put this all to an end. Without going into detail, we had an extremely difficult fight ahead of us, and knew we’d need help. Jonathan was incredibly knowledgeable, communicative and direct. While alienation is incredibly difficult to convince courts of at this moment, Jonathan was able to show the court proof of this multiple times during the lead up to our trial with the court repeatedly finding her in contempt. He was honest when he thought we should go a different direction, but understanding and supportive of which route we decided to take. Watching him in court never failed to be incredibly impressive. In the end, we didn’t even have to go to trial, as court hearings had gone favorably so many times that an agreement was reached at our settlement conference. Jonathan is a truly phenomenal attorney.

Mr. Moffitt seems to have the wisdom of someone that has been in the field decades. There is no doubt in my mind that he is someone to keep an eye on. He is a force. His name will be known. He projects his voice in a clean but stern manner getting his point across clearly. He seems to truly care about his clients while still knowing how to be honest and play devils advocate. Jonathon recently represented me. I had to fire him because he was simply terrible. Told me I had 25 pages to my declaration plus 5 pages for declarations he was wrong it was 20 total and he cut out 9 pages of my declaration with consulting me. He does not know the law and he submitted a Sir reply to my wife's strict reply which is not allowed. Then he showed up nearly 2 hours late to my hearing and got his butt kicked by my wife's attorney. My new lawyer is trying to fix his incompetence!
