Hired Attorney Erik Jon Bjornson

**READ THIS BEFORE RETAINING HIM** My total costs of just his charges with zero actual court hearings was $12,656. He claims he knows how to fight for military people. That is a complete joke, everything was determined using the mediator. Going right from the initial meeting with him he tries to use words that make you think he knows what he’s talking about. He tried to use “Specificity” like my divorce was so different than anyone else’s. Also, be warned he doesn’t have a paralegal so you pay his rate for everything, including a 2 line email. Throughout the divorce he would call me because he didn’t understand what I wrote in an email, thus incurring more charges. By the way, I am in law enforcement and write court documents on a daily basis. He has sent me other clients court paperwork, he misspelled my ex-wife’s name on numerous documents, he even sent me a bill and he put in the complete wrong amount which was 100% more than the actual bill.
