I talked to Mr. Walker & told him how my spouse was hiding assets. I asked him twice if we could trap her, he said yes, I hired him. When it came time to do it,he said he was unable & there went my case! I stuck with him, he took unnecessary actions such as I had to supply the court with all copies of the case for over $600 and they disposed of them right after! In desperation, I asked him about using an asset search, his said we can do that after this case up to a year. I did asset search myself, a waste of time, when I told him about it he seemed surprised, but would have trapped me again! That's his M.O. he promises but can't deliver, he tells you what you want to hear to keep you paying.We finally got to court, he basically kissed the judges behind, never defended me the whole time. I spoke up in frustration & got reprimanded for it. If you want good representation, look elsewhere. He doesn't care about you or your case, he only cares how popular he is with the pathetic judge & $.

I hired Allen Walker to represent me in a CPS case regarding custody of my daughter, and it was the biggest mistake of my life. Despite promising to fight for my rights and protect my daughter, Walker did absolutely nothing to help me. Throughout the entire process, Walker was unresponsive, unprepared, and showed a complete lack of interest in my case. He failed to communicate with me and neglected to gather crucial evidence to support my case. As a result of his incompetence and negligence, I ultimately lost custody of my daughter and caused irreparable damage to our relationship. I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring Walker to look elsewhere for legal representation. This attorney's lack of professionalism, commitment, and competence led to devastating consequences for me and my family. Avoid Allen Walker at all costs. This attorney is a disgrace to the legal profession and should not be trusted with any important legal matter.

I just recently went through an appeal of a DV Protection Order. When I would communicate with Mr Walker I had to sometimes remind him of what was going on. He did absolutely nothing for me. In my initial meeting with him we talked about a game plan. When we got to court it was completely different I felt like he was just in it for the money. He was also late to our court as he had another case that took priority over mine, I was told. Then right before going to court just the other day I went ahead and told him his services were no longer needed. I then find out the next day that he had already withdrew from my case. I haven’t even heard from him except to get a bill in the mail for almost $2000 for nothing. I am feel like he thought I was guilty and therefore didn’t care to do anything but take my money. I would not use him for anything nor will I. I would also not recommend him to anyone.
