Welcome, I am a Seattle native with a BA from the UW and Juris Doctor, cum laude 1990 from UPS Law (Now Seattle U School of Law), where I was an Associate Law Review Editor. Martindale AV rated, I've been honored to represent injured and disheartened people at Small, Snell, Weiss & Comfort since 1990. I served as 2009-2010 President of the Tacoma/Pierce County Bar Association, frequent trustee for the TPCBA, trustee and Treasurer for Brooklake Community Church, and chair of the Lawyer/Chiropractor Committee, chaired WSTLA Workers Comp Section.
A frequent lecturer, I am published in WSAJ’s Automobile Accident Litigation Deskbook, Workers' Comp Deskbook and Pleadings and Practice Handbook. Served Executive Board of Robert J. Bryan Platinum Inn of Court and previous Programs Chair. Often serve as a civil arbitrator for King, Pierce, Snohomish, Kitsap and Thurston Counties. Expert witness on esoteric workers comp issues. Special Assistant Attorney General on assigned third party injury cases. I enjoy vintage rides and traveling with my friends and three adult kids.
I am a lawyer and a dad who likes unique and antique vehicles, gardening and travel.
