David Braswell is an accomplished attorney focusing on divorce, family law, estate planning, and personal injury, with a distinguished reputation in family law. David has represented clients in hundreds of family law matters, earning respect from both colleagues and the judiciary for his diligent and effective courtroom advocacy. His unique qualifications in complex child custody cases stem from over seven years serving as a Guardian ad Litem, where he represented the interests of children in more than 100 cases. In this role, David was appointed by the court to investigate sensitive custody matters involving issues such as abuse, domestic violence, and mental health. His work required close collaboration with CPS, social workers, psychologists, and treatment providers, fostering valuable professional relationships that now benefit his clients.
