Hired Attorney

Dan is wonderful. Working with him was easy, and he was always honest about the challenges in my case. It was a very complicated medical malpractice case with a number of different after facts that were dreadful but difficult to connect to the original surgical screwup. He was conscientious, reliable, always showed up and was always prepared. He prepared me for testimony well, was a vigorous advocate, and did consustexcellent work. When people ask me for a recommendation, I do not hesitate. If I ever need an attorney again, I will not go anywhere else. Thank you so much, Dan!

Hired Attorney

AS it turned out, Dan was dealing with an ill/terminal wife, but didn't refer my business to an associate. Instead my case wasn't handled well and I didn't receive good compensation or results. He felt guilty in the end and waived his fee.
