Educational and Personal BackgroundAfter obtaining her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, Ms. Fulton-Brown earned her Masters’ degree in Public Administration in 2007. In addition, Ms. Fulton-Brown completed the prestigious Trial College at the University of Virginia.
