I went to the SLO the first week on May, 2010, I asked them to represent me and re-open a previously established workman's compensation case. Every week I stopped in at least one or two times, all I heard was we are working on it. Then when I received e-mail from the NYS Workman's Compensation Board, they {Stanley} was doing nothing. It took almost three months to get them to file the form to be my lawyers, then a week or so later the form to re-open my case, they did little it anything.
Working with this Lawyers/Stanleylawoffices is horrible if you don't do it yourself it won't get done - they do nothing.they take your first call then they fall off the face of the earth. I have emailed this law office numerous times over the years and with no response. Iv never seen anything like it (RUDE).There have been numerous Paralegals and Siobhan Bigsby was one if the first and see never returned emails. Its just one let down after another with thus Lawyer. AND DI NOT EXPECT TO TALK TO JOE STANLEY HIMSELF (LOL).He too busy making commercials and lieing in the commercials (14/14).that's a joke.Just remember do your Homework plenty of lawyers out there that will get the job done/this law firm certainly can't. I don't think some of there lawyers and Paralegals have clue/ other than the lies they feed YES I BEEN LIED TO PLENTY OF TIMES BY THIS LAWFIRM. Clueless Overwhelmed Paralegals open door with no help. Lies(14/14). Very disappointing Legal Malpractice. LIES.
