Very knowledgeable. Has returned calls in less then 30 minutes. Listens to all concerns and goes above and beyond to insure positive outcome.

I was on the other end of a real estate deal with this attorney (Neil Germain). He tried to bully (threatening to sue repeatedly) an 80 year old woman (my mother) into a deal and did his client a major disservice in the process, losing them upwards of 45k on the sale by negotiating in bad faith. He made house buying a miserable experience for both parties His ego .got in the way of serving his client.
