Hired Attorney Kenneth J. Bobrycki

I am co-owner of a house in Deposit, New York but do not live nor have ever been there. An oil spill occurred from an above ground tank and I received a summons to pay a sizeable bill from the state's Attorney's office for remediation. This problem has been handled with skill, patience, integrity and exceptional knowledge by Kenneth J. Bobrycki. I would highly recommend Ken. I also appreciate his outstanding negotiating skills and for keeping my legal cost down.

Mr Storto and Mr Babcock couldn’t be bigger buffoons if they tried. Each contradicted the other despite this being, supposedly, a coordinated effort. What was to be a simple case of getting the right for my brother’s sons to distribute his estate became a fiasco beginning with the family knowing the court was petitioned by another family member who was then given the rights without his sons even being represented. The big excuse being, essentially: oh yeah, his county does things differently. It was downhill after that. Sentimental items disappeared, money was stolen etc. We might never know if a will existed because you didn’t search and you let thieves take control. So, Mr Storto, the question I asked still hangs in the air: Which one of you was lying- Mr Babcock or yourself? Perhaps both?
