I have dealt with this law firm since 1984 for Workers Compensation and have been very pleased and now my husband is using them for his case, he is also very pleased. Would definitely recommended them.
I can't say enough good about the firm-I always got answers to my questions and in a timely manner-I was always represented competently and professionally, they were willing to take all of my cases,I never had to wait long to speak to someone, when I faxed information someone always got back to me-again, in a timely manner-and we didn't lose any cases.
In short, I am more than satisfied and highly recommend the firm!
I initially went to the Stanley Law Office, they sat on my case for four months, when I confronted them about why they were doing nothing, they handed me my file and I went directly to Tim McMahon who immediately took care of me.
I called Mr McMahon several times in regards to my compensation. I even explained to secretary reason why I was calling. Daniel Jr asked if it was turned into compensation & I stated I had told them that it was. So I contacted comp & Wellcare & told them everything they talked with each other & said that they came up with a plan. Well I need a lawyer to do what I need done. I have back, neck, liver & left rotator cuff that are all compensation & I have deferent drs for each case. Daniel McMahon stated that I would’ve gotten a lot of money, a real lot for leg!! I’ve never gotten paid for any of my comp, only meds. And that’s all Dan accomplished. He was Chrysler people’s lawyer for years & I thought he would fight hard. Tysm. I am now looking for new lawyer to help me with my comp & to get myself paid & the lawyer get their share. Thank you, Ann Cline
