Hired Attorney

She is knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and has been my personal lawyer regarding a case at my school for which I was assigned an attorney for the Union. I don't feel I get much attention as my case, for her, is small and possibly not worth her time. I have been harassed, which is hard to prove, despite my documentation. I researched for a lawyer who dealt with my issues, so am disappointed she is not more proactive.

Hired Attorney

Falls short: Timelinesses of services provided, responsiveness to clients, effort put into services provided, and professional standards of ethical billing practices. Fails to properly itemize bills to reflect services rendered. Engages in overbilling. Double bills as a compensatory measure for a lack of thoroughness. Engages in billable activity at her hourly rate before fees are disclosed and accepted by clients (including before she’s ever spoken to a client). Values her time more than her clients’. Readily frames her ethical and professional duty to reverse charges (admitted by her to be erroneous) as an extensions of professional courtesy or discounts. Unethical and unprofessional.

Hired Attorney

She is lazy, and incompetent. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. I sat around with a hope that she will work in my matter.
