I've had a serious injury due to a fall and I had no idea who to call. I called a friend of mine who practices law in another field and he recommended TERRY Kerwin. Terry came highly recommended from an attorney friend of mine. I had a worker’s compensation situation and an insurance issue at a later date. I was very overwhelmed with both. Terry was very reassuring and confident that both cases could be resolved. He was right. I felt valued as a client and a person. He was direct and honest. I didn’t once feel like he was condescending or bothered by my questions. He offered quality legal service at a fair and reasonable price. Highly recommend.

The situation I was faced with was very sensitive and involved needing to obtain guardianship of my mother. Terry was the professional guide I needed, but also treated everyone in my family that was involved with the utmost respect and compassion. He was so serious during the process, but then at times when he saw I needed it most checked to see “are you doing ok”. He was spot on from day one when he explained what could/would happen to where it finally came to resolution. Now, almost three years later my mom is safe, healthy, and happy. I could never have reached this point without Terry’s commitment to excellence for his role. I would be happy to speak to anyone directly looking for know more about our family’s experience.
