Law firm said it would be $250/ht on intake, but he charged $395/hr..later found out the retainer they rushed me into signing had a cost ranging from $250-$450/hr! 1st meeting, showed up to court unshaven, no suit, etc. Talked only about my guilt based only on 1 thing while absolutely ignoring 2 other elements in the law (which are important in the statute and court cases associated with it). $395/hr and spread out over much "negotiations with other party. This was only a "violation "!!! He "negotiated her payment of a $1500 debt she still owed, at the cost to me (for his services to me) of $1700 charge to me. This alone should tell all, he doesn't act in the best interest of client. At the end, when I gave him a thumbs down when the judge asked me, I had the distinct impression he had given me a veiled threat for doing this. DO NOT HITE THIS MAN as you'll regret it.
