My attorney Tom Murphy had very little contact and often times did not return calls yet I was still billed for 20 mins of his time for him to listen to a voicemail that simply asked him to call me back. This caused him burn through the $500 retainer then an extra $1500 on top of that and his representation was awful. I had to file all my own paperwork with the courts myself and I am in no better position now then I was going into this mess.
