Very knowledgeable. Has returned calls in less then 30 minutes. Listens to all concerns and goes above and beyond to insure positive outcome.
My only problem was they didn't always get back to me as quickly as I had hoped but I know they were extremely busy with many cases. They gave us great service though so really no complaints.
I was on the other end of a real estate deal with this attorney (Neil Germain). He tried to bully (threatening to sue repeatedly) an 80 year old woman (my mother) into a deal and did his client a major disservice in the process, losing them upwards of 45k on the sale by negotiating in bad faith. He made house buying a miserable experience for both parties His ego .got in the way of serving his client.
I was very excited to work with Mr. Petosa as he was referred to me by a friend. However, i have not, nor will i get the pleasure to work with him do to who ever they have at their front desk answering phones. I called one a week for a month, understanding that attorneys are busy, are not always in the office and she will give him the message. Not only did I seem like an inconvenience to her, but she was also very frank, short and not friendly. I asked to speak to somebody else so that I could complain about her more or less to somebody higher up, but she became even more rude and I am pretty sure she hung up on me. It is a shame that she seems to be the base point for contact for that law firm. I would have loved to work with Mr. Petosa. I wanted to make people aware of it so they are not suprised when it happens to them.
