About Donald S. DiBenedetto

Donald S. DiBenedetto is Of Counsel at Costello, Cooney & Fearon. He began his tenure with the Firm in 2004 as Special Counsel and joined the Firm’s partnership in 2007 before becoming Of Counsel in 2024.

Mr. DiBenedetto’s primary practice areas range far and wide through the Firm’s offerings. From personal injury claims to commercial litigation, Don has a wealth of litigation experience working with insurance carriers, corporations, municipalities, school districts, as well as individuals. Don is well versed in providing legal services related to construction site accidents, products liability, New York Labor Law cases, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability actions, and insurance coverage disputes between carriers.
