Jeanella is not afraid to advocate for you. She is not going to let you get plowed over in a divorce by you soon to be ex or the system. She is reasonable and fair and knows the law. She doesn't waste time on hand-holding but get the job done. In the legal system you get plowed over and under unless someone is actually going to stand up for you. Jeanella is not afraid to be loud to be your advocate. With some complicated divorces for both myself and my spouse we have had exposure to many lawyers (including an ex-judge who was terrible) and I was never anxious about getting bullied when Jeanella was on our team.

In the end they really did not do very much for me. My husband and I settled out of court and I paid nearly $3,000.00. I feel as though I had money coming back to me and had called the office about this and was told that I would be hearing back since it was settled outside of court. I had an itemized bill of the services that was preformed and had a balance on my account. I will not recommend this firm to anyone, because of this reason.

I wasn't aware that she incorporated my equitable distribution into marital maintenance that can be terminated. People don't matter. I paid her to look out for me and she threw me under the bus. The judge even asked her about this and she lied saying that her and I talked about it. I was worn down to nothing and trusted Jeanella to look out for me. I wasn't aware of what she did until my X filed a motion to terminate my maintenance. Another attorney noticed it right away. I can't find anyone to help me out with this mess she put me in. She was the most unprofessional attorney, squandered my dad's $5k retainer on doiing nothing, as we settled out of court. She tried to give me a bogus itemized bill for services and I took her to arbitration court, explaining to them that these charges could not be mine because she did not do what she said she was doing, the paperwork was filled out months later!! bu a NEW ATTORNEY! meaning that she didn't advocate for me and coach me into going to trial, she was so lazy that she couldn't be bothered to fill out simple forms. I won. Save your money and the grief and hire another lawyer. Anyone else.

Always unprepared and charges for not doing anything. Tries to bully other parties and is no way professional. Stay away from this bat sht crazy lawyer

Jeanella is a terrible attorney who is constantly unprepared to represent you, overbills for time she is supposed to spend reviewing documents, and completely inept at her job. Stay away at all costs if you wish to win your case or not go bankrupt while she advocates for the other party.

Jeanella overcharges for simple services that should be included in the price. She charges .2 hours to read a one word email. She is slow to respond if she responds at all. She has a good sales pitch but does not follow through
