after being hit by a drunk driver who fled scene on foot I called several lawyers in my area most would not accept the case unless someone had died. Thank god no one in my family did. Great communications kept me informed at all times

Never available, always transferred to voice mail and I never receive a call back. I end up having to call for days!
This company is afraid to go to court. They bully their clients into taking an out of court settlement. As many times as I asked them to take the matter to court they continued to say we don't think that would be a good idea. The attorney assigned to my case has a private and personal relationship with the council for the defense. I feel that this hindered the case, when I asked for the attorney to be replaced, they refused. I thought as the client, I would have more input, and wasn't allowed
