Peter L. Blodnick is a law firm with an office in Syosset, NY. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing general litigation, family law, corporate law and 2 other areas of law.
Strongly would not recommend working with Mr. Blodnick. In the consultation with him, he made multiple promises over the phone and it was revealed several days after paying him he would not perform specific actions he promised. Even worse, I had no recourse to get my money back. In terms of making a case, this lawyer told me I would have to do certain things other lawyers would not have such would cost a fortune over the next few years. Thank goodness I did not listen to him.
It is extremely surprising that this fella was able to pass his bar exam, his tactics in the courtroom is throw as much at the wall and see what sticks and as hard as it may seem to believe? not much sticks. He also has a very obvious drinking problem because his breath smells like booze at 8 a.m. and His hands shake uncontrollably. I would never recommend this individual to anyone, and I say individual because calling him an attorney would be a disservice to all other officers of the Court.
He did not return calls in a timely fashion. When confronted he lost temper and spoke in an unacceptable manner to me. Had me pay $$$ in CASH,(did not want to give receipt)in advance for the possibility of case going to trial which gave him no incentive of making a plea bargain. He did not want to discuss any kind of refund if no trial. He did not inform us when a possible plea bargain WAS discussed. Had to remove him from case and hire new attorney.
