When I arrived, she had not read the documents and had no idea why I was there. She briefly looked through one document and offered seemingly informed legal advice, but had no idea of my other concerns. Her paralegal stated that the initial consult would be $75, but I was charged the full hourly rate of $250. I should have walked out when I saw that she was unprepared.
