Mr. Stoddard was very easy to talk to and helped me through the difficulty of handling my father's estate.
I found Jim to be unresponsive and condescending. He never took my concerns seriously, and was forgetful of important names and dates. When I chose to discontinue his service he charged me for services that were incurred before I hired him. I'm just glad to be done with him.
Attorney Stoddard was absolutely horrible to work with. I should have known when we were talked down to in our initial meeting, that he was not going to work out. We were never communicated with and when we did get responses, we were accused of being the problem. Absolutely abhorrent treatment of us when we switched to another firm and the cause of several panic attacks for fear of not being able to close on our house. He and his assistants were wholly unprofessional. I do NOT recommend hiring Attorney Stoddard or anyone at their firm.
