Don't believe in this attorney, he take my daughter case, the first meeting was we him, said...."Don't worries,your case is easy, only we need to send some affidavits and probes and we'll help you" we paid $4,000.00. After that we never talked with him again, always was one or his employees. Finally he said "that's nothing else that we can do, only try to delay a court day".....don't trust on him, be careful!
He told me that he was going to charge me $2,500.00 fee for representation on immigration proceedings. Flat fee after I signed the agreement. He told me I had to come up with $10,0000.00 for the bond which he never mentioned until after I paid him. Then he asked me for another $6,000.00 for change of venue which does not pertain because I live in the state. I complained then he proceeded to throw me out of his office. I found out he has taken alot of money from other clients and does nothing.
