This review reflects my opinion about the terrible/awful experience I had with this law firm. The decision to hire Dodds firm was a regrettable and unfortunate one.I was deliberately misled and misguided, my true intentions were rerouted and he ultimately pursued a course of action that is differs from my desired outcome, rooted in dishonesty, neglect can be used as a dishonest tactic to avoid obligations.dan failed to act with reasonable diligence and promptness in dealing with my case. Which resulted in missing out the chance for a positive resolution. Dan’s procrastination and unwillingness to move forward and waiting longer left me feeling helpless.the client's vulnerability and distress are exploited, He established a corrupt system where he marking up time by inflating the hours spent on a case. Prolonging a legal process unnecessarily to maximize fees,the client is compelled to accept and pay for unnecessary services, his fees are excessive, exorbitant, unreasonable designe

They are not ethical. I hired Dan in 2022 and a month later he had back surgery so I ended up dealing with Tejay Coon. My ex did not have a lawyer and they knew this yet did nothing to handle the case. When Coon took over my case a ln agreement was drafted up and signed by me and my ex. This agreement was a temporary agreement for the divorce process. This agreement was submitted to the court twice by the firm but never actually submitted so I was charged twice for something they didn't do correctly or at all. We went into a 90 inactive status so Coon could get caught up on the case. Around the 90 mark after being ignored they reached out and was confused because they thought me and my ex reached an agreement so I was charged for them to review my case yet they weren't aware the agreement was always meant to be temporary. I was then punted to a lawyer not even qualified by the AZ bar yet and I was just taken for a ride until April of 2023 when I listened to my gut and hired firm.

This law firm will drag your case out longer than it has to be You will be charged for services they're not doing or they're doing it very poorly and then you have to pay them to fix their own screw-ups. The paralegals are terrible. what they do is not illegal but is unethical. They claim they are so busy with other clients but in my opinion don't hire clients you can't fully support They basically just extend your case every 60 days costing you more money and stress than need it. If you are in high conflict of course and a custody battle I would not recommend this law firm at all

Just get a lawyer that will actually work your case and not pawn you off to his partner. The firm will poorly handle your case and documents and some of them won't even make it to the court but best believe you will be charged for it.
