Good morning, My name is Steven McNamee, I am writing you to inform you that William (Bill) Radcliffe (my grandfather, your client)has passed. He was living in Medford, Oregon with his daughter Shirley McNamee (my mother) when I was called by Shirley to tell me Bill/grandpa was in the hospital. I visited him twice in the three days he was in the hospital once with all my family there, and once alone. He never could speak, they never said what was wrong with him, he was in oncology. I returned a third time after his passing, and received a very unfriendly nurses station after I inquired to the whereabouts of the man in room 3333.
