Working with Ms. Anderson was a pure pleasure. She closes a lot of the homes in Ocean Lakes and knowns what she is doing! She returns calls promptly and is very easy to work with. Her paralegal is amazing. Ms.Anderson not only closed my personal home but she has closed for multiple clients of mine. She’s an educator and that I LOVE! I would highly recommend them! If you want to close on a home in Ocean Lakes this is who you want to use!!!!!! I am calling her today on a personal issue so yes I use her!
Mr. Floyd made everything very easy for us and we were completely satisfied. We will use his law firm again if the need arises.

We used Floyd Law firm as our attorney in a residential real estate purchase. We experienced poor communication, we had to keep calling them to find out the status of the closing. They make several errors on the closing statement (HUD form) which, if we did not catch, would have cost us almost $400.
Be careful. This Attorney allowed my buyer to steal $1500.00. She's rude, unprofessional. Run away from this so called Attorney. Sad, because Floyd's was great. Now, not so much. They quote one price and then change it. Should be barred.
We came into your office made appointment with Mr. Jewell paid 250.00 and discussed our case with him. He said he would take the case and said he would call with a couple of days. Never heard from him. Then when we did call he would not even talk to us his secretary told us basically he had bigger fish to fry and he was sending all our notes and stuff that we took to him back to us thru the mail. I just cannot believe he has treated us like this.
