My realtor suggested this attorney to close my purchase of a home. We had to do it long distance. I received a letter quickly from them stating that if the purchase did not go through I would owe them money. The title work was done on the home and the attorney never once called me to go over the findings. There is an easement in the back of the property and he never once contacted me nor did his employee. I asked for a call back and never got one. $500 was plenty to pay. I would never recommend
