Mr Noon was always attentive and professional when approaching my cases. When in the courtroom he was more attentive than most attorneys I have witnessed and certainly looked out for my best interest. His services were reasonably priced compared to other legal council I have sought and the results were worth what I paid.{para}There were times when I had to follow up with Mr. Noon myself but given that the problem I need council for is of my own doing I expect to take the initiative myself.
I had to do a lot of the work and constantly had to call him to find out what was going on or to make him proceed further on things.
Atty. Noon did nothing unless specifically asked to do so. I had a no-fault divorce where my ex and I worked out our own settlement and custody issues and it still took over a year for the paperwork to be filed-after a month I asked for an update on the progress, received a rude response in email, and then found out that he did not file all the necessary paperwork and needed my signature on an additional document. I would never recommend him to ANYONE.
