Mr. Gorman did my wife and my will along with a Living Will. Now Mr. Gorman is doing a another Will and Living Will for me. Mr. Gorman informed me I need a Trust. He is honest, and know the law, he is very helpful in serving his clients. I have been to other attorneys and did not get the service I received from Mr. Gorman.
He was prompt, thorough, patient, and helped us to understand the reasons why items in our trust had to be brought up to date or changed. We felt very comfortable with him and will call upon him as needed.
In August 2022, I retained Andrew Gorman for an estate matter. Shortly after, he became disinterested and unresponsive. It became increasingly difficult to schedule meetings with him; and meetings that were scheduled, were often missed or postponed. During the meetings that were actually held, I found myself routinely having to cover ground with him that was previously discussed, causing unnecessary delays and expense to me. Andrew also routinely missed deadlines that he set for himself to complete on my behalf. By December, Andrew was unresponsive for four weeks after missing another deadline, at which point I decided to terminate his representation of me. In doing so, I asked for a final accounting of charges against my retainer. In seeking a final accounting Andrew provided me with two different billing amounts against a substantial retainer that I had posted. This dispute over billing required intervention by the Arizona Bar Association and took approximately 8 months to resolve.
Mr Gorman is a terrible lawyer; He will not respond to emails, text or calls. He won't keep an appointment he always cancels with excuses. He said he would file court papers for lien ,three months later still hasn't . He takes your money sells you his pitch for the case and all he is is a car salesmen a big liar; filing with the az bar association and getting my money back it was nothing then a waisted of time and hurtful
